One board.
Every possibility.

Cladding, doors, cabinetry and bespoke free-standing joinery — selected, cut, machined and finished in our own factory. On a fit-out programme, joinery is the long-lead item. We make it the one you stop worrying about.

01 — The material

It starts as a board.

Every panel we hang began as stock on a rack. What happens between that rack and your site is the whole argument for an in-house factory: we choose the board, we read the grain, and we are the ones who answer for it when it arrives.

Cladding

Wall and ceiling linings that hold one line across an entire elevation. Slatted, flat or acoustic — set out from the architect's grid rather than from whatever the sheet size happens to be, so the joints land where the drawing says they land.

  • Slatted, flush-panel and acoustic linings
  • Fire-rated substrates where the specification calls for them
  • Concealed subframe fixing — no visible fasteners
  • Grain run and joint lines set out before a sheet is cut

Doors

A door is not a leaf — it is a set. Frame, architrave, leaf and ironmongery leave the factory together, machined to each other, so the gap you see on site is the gap that was drawn and not the one the tolerances happened to leave.

  • Flush, framed and oversized leaves
  • Fire-rated and acoustic sets
  • Ironmongery routed, fitted and hung in the shop
  • Frames and leaves machined as one set, not sourced apart

Cabinets

Reception counters, vanities, pantries and storage. Carcasses are built, drawers hung and every runner cycled before anything is crated — because a drawer that binds is discovered in a workshop in ten seconds or on a handover snag list in ten days.

  • Reception counters, vanities, pantry and storage units
  • Drawer boxes fitted and every runner cycled before despatch
  • Solid surface, stone and metal integrated in the shop
  • Grain matched across every door and drawer front

Customized free-standing

The pieces that exist nowhere in a catalogue. Display units, benches, lecterns, screens and the one-off that the designer drew on a napkin. Prototyped, sampled and signed off before a production run begins.

  • Display units, benches, lecterns and screens
  • Built to a drawing, or developed from a sketch
  • Prototyped and sampled before any production run
  • Delivered assembled, or knocked down for tight access

02 — The line

Six stations, one accountable team.

The board does not change hands between companies on its way to your site. It moves between stations inside one building, under one quality system, answering to one contract.

01 — Select

Stock is chosen for the job in front of it: grain direction, colour run and substrate matched across everything that will be seen together.

02 — Cut

Sheets are broken down on a beam saw to the cutting list the shop drawing produced, not to a tape measure on a bench.

03 — Machine

Routing, grooving, hinge boring and hardware positions are driven from the same file the drawing was approved from.

04 — Edge

Solid lipping or applied edge, trimmed and scraped flush, so the panel reads as one piece of material rather than as a face with a border.

05 — Finish

Lacquer, oil or PU applied in controlled conditions and cured flat — not sprayed on a site that is still taking deliveries.

06 — Assemble & check

Built up, squared, every moving part cycled and the whole unit signed off against the approved sample before it is crated.

03 — Why it matters to your programme

The long-lead item, under our own roof.

100%

In-house

Cut, machined, edged, finished and assembled in our own factory. Joinery is not passed to a third party and then chased.

01

Contract

One company signs, manufactures and installs. There is no seam between trades for a delay or a defect to fall into.

02

Approvals before production

Shop drawings before anything is cut, and a finished sample before the run. Nothing is produced against an assumption.

04

Product families

Cladding, doors, cabinetry and free-standing joinery, set out and finished to match across a single project.
