Talk to us
Send the drawings, or send the problem. Either is enough to start: we will tell you what we would need to price it, what the approval path looks like, and whether we are the right firm for it.

Four things make a real answer possible
Most enquiries arrive as a question nobody can answer honestly — “how much is a fit-out?” The gap between a useful reply and a polite one is four pieces of information, and none of them is hard to find.
If you do not have them yet, write anyway. Half of what we do at the start of a project is work out what the question actually is, and that conversation is free.
- WhereCity, district, building
- How bigArea in square metres
- What existsShell, occupied, or a plot
- WhenThe date that matters, and why
- DrawingsAnything you have, however rough
- ApprovalsWhether anything is already filed
Where the work is
Every project starts as a place on a plan. The district decides which municipality reviews the drawings, which is the first thing that shapes the programme.
- City and district, because the reviewing municipality sets the path
- The building, or the plot — a shell, an occupied space and bare land are three different projects
- Access and working hours, which decide the programme more often than the work does
What is already there
No two starting points are alike, and the one that costs most is usually the one that looked easiest: an occupied space, working nights, with services that terminate somewhere nobody recorded.
- Any drawing at all: a lease plan, a PDF, a photo of a drawing on a wall
- Whether it is occupied, because phased work in a live building is a different job
- What is already filed with Balady or Civil Defence, if anything
What you get back
Within one business day, a named person, and one of three answers: here is what we would need to price it, here is an order-of-cost, or here is why another firm is better suited to this one.
- A named person, not a ticket number
- What we would need to turn the enquiry into a real price
- The approval path as we see it, with the gates and roughly when they fall
- An honest no where it applies — it is cheaper for both of us than a slow yes

Visitors are welcome, but call first — half the team is usually on a site somewhere in the Kingdom.
When we answer
Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00, Riyadh time.
Enquiries that arrive outside those hours are answered the next working morning, by a person, not an automatic reply.
If it is urgent
Call rather than write. An email about a programme that moves tomorrow is an email that gets read the day after.
The numbers are in the panel above and at the foot of every page on this site.
Or see the work first.
The projects page is the whole portfolio, and the factory page is the one place you can watch what we make.
